Tuesday Tidbits: IPhone style

Hey guys, How’s it goin’? Hope you all are having a fabulous Tuesday. I know I am. Just turned in my last mid-term today so I’m feeling good;) I just thought to share a few things that have been making me happy lately.

Let’s start with my very favorite, shall we?

Yes, I rolled the vanilla AB to get every last drop of almond goodness.

I spotted the vanilla almond butter on the blog-o-sphere a few months ago, and have been looking for it at every WF I enter. If the WF exclusive box doesn’t make you feel special, the taste sure will…swoon!

Next up are Courtney’s chocolate chip cookie dough cupcakes. I finally got around to making these this weekend, I’m sure glad I did. These are easily my new favorite cupcake recipe. Also, I was able to showcase and transport these beauties via my new cupcake holder. Thanks Mia! You ladies know me too well:)

So I recently bought butternut & acorn squash (to eat), and the husband says “I really like our fall decorations. I think we should add a pumpkin too”. To which I reply, “Sweetheart those are for dinner”;)…Can you tell we are foreigners? I’ve only recently fallen in love with sweet potatoes, pumpkin, squash, and anything else the Pilgrims ate on their first Thanksgiving. I definitely need to catch up on all my lost years of not eating these foods!

Please excuse the blurriness of the photo above, but these things never last long enough for me to take a good picture:) I saw this recipe on blogilates.com, and was skeptical. Now, I eat these banana pancakes a few times as a week. Breakfast for dinner? Heck yes. 2 ingredients: 2 eggs + 1 banana= simple/easy/quick amazing-ness.

*I use 1 whole egg + 1 egg white.

All I need is a spoon:)

avocado + sea salt. Enough said.

And finally, I have found a new favorite salmon recipe (Maple Syrup Salmon). It’s a keeper you guys! With 2200 review, it better be good:) I added Olga’s delicious homemade ranch dressing for a salad that blew my taste buds away…don’t worry, I got them back:)

We totally had dinner at 11:55pm last night. We got caught up studying and didn’t get a chance to eat. We knew there was no way we could wait 12 hours to eat this salmon:)

So those are my favorites. Now it’s your turn to share some of yours! Recipe links are welcome:)
